My Responsibilities as Your Practitioner
- Session time begins at designated appointment time
- Client confidentiality is of utmost importance
- At all times, I will adhere to the ethical guidelines proposed by the International Center for Reiki Training (Reiki.org)
Your Responsibility as a Client
- Be prepared to begin session on time. If it is your first session with me, we will need about 5-10 minutes for client/treatment forms so if you can arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment, that would be great.
- Session must be paid in full at time of treatment. Payments are accepted in either cash, or debit/credit card. If you'd like to pay online by credit card but don't have, or want, a Paypal account, I can advise you on how to submit payment. Debit/credit cards are accepted in person as well.
Cancellation Policy
- Only under emergency situations will I cancel/reschedule a client session. If for some reason I am unable to give a minimum of 24 hours notice, you will receive a 50% discount on your rescheduled session.
- If, for some reason, you need to cancel an appointment, I ask for the same 24 hour notice that I require for myself. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, I will have to bill you for 50% of the session... same as my cancellation policy for myself.
